Dylan Cleaver has picked up a copy of Craig McMillan's explosive new book, Out of the Park, and shares his views on it in today's New Zealand Herald. This is McMillan's book, he says, and his chance to get a few things off his chest. Needless to say, the dreaded peer review system looms large.
