Let's talk about West Indies...

After being hit all over the park, West Indies have bounced back to ask India some searching questions - first with some excellent fielding and steady bowling, now with their strokeful batting. Let's talk about West Indies now: have they shown signs of being serious contenders for the World Cup?

West Indies are always a contenders when there are likes of Brian lara, Chris Gayle, Chanderpaul, Sarwan and youngsters like Bravo in the side. These batsmans can virtually destroy any bowling attack and moreover Indies have the home advantage as well.

Contenders, yes. They've shown they can beat the best. The problem, for me, is how they handle pressure situations. Twice they have capitulated to Australia in finals recently. I'm not sure if they have what it takes to bring their A games when it really matters.
