Hampshire have signed 31-year-old former South African pace bowler,
Nantie Hayward for the remainder of the season.

Hayward played the last of his 16 Tests in 2004 against Sri Lanka. In 2007 he played in the Friends Provident Trophy for Ireland as one of their two overseas players. His previous experience of county cricket comes from his time playing for Middlesex in 2005 and a stint with Worcestershire in 2003.
