The ECB have confirmed that Mick Lewis, the Durham seamer, has received a reprimand following an incident during Durhamâ..s County Championship match against Sussex.

Lewis was reported by the umpires Nigel Llong and Neil Bainton for a level one breach of the code (using language that is obscene, offensive or insulting).

The penalty remains on Lewisâ..s record for a period of two years. Any further level one breach during that period will result in an automatic imposition of three penalty points.
