As a Singaporean, itis nice to know that we won the WCL Div 6 League and have been promoted to Division 5, which is where we were last year and unfortunate because the weather robbed us of points against 'weaker' teams after we beat Afghanistan.
Next year's foray in Division 5 is going to be tough because besides Nepal (always a tough team to beat at home) there are Jersey, Fiji, USA and Bahrain.
I hope the team starts serious training and work towards progressing to Div 4.
Don't forget that at the 2001 ICC Trophy we were supposed to have been one of the top 12 on the basis of the results of the 1997 ICC Trophy played in Malaysia.
There is a lot of talent in the country and one hopes that they would train hard and set the 2015 WC as a realistic target.
The infrastructure is good, we have very good administrators, it is up to the players to perform to their potential.
All the best Team Singapore.

Team Singapore deserved to go to WCL Div-4.
I think this time Singapore would be able to get better of Jersey and Bahrain, so the possibility of coming back to Division-6 is very low.
