What difference does this make. " New or Old constitution", things are going to be same. Cricket in USA is played for recreation, day away from the family and beer drinking party. Please vote "NO", the whole procedure is flawed. A 21 days notice is absent, mailed in a generic envelope from an unlisted address. Chris Dehring is in Jamaica and he supposedly mailed it from Florida. Where is the Independent auditor.

Folks the votes if any will be counted in some house run by the current administration. We want the current administration to be out of this picture. They refuse to leave. There are incumbent directors who think they are still in power and are forcing the hands of their regions.

Chris Dehring might be (ITP) independent third party but he sure is working like a dependent on Dainty & Co. What are we ratifying, same old thing. Not enough notice is given and No auditor ... Wow !

How can those tools at the top keep wasting valuable time, when there is a vast cricketing base from which to build a US team from? I doubt the USACA is able to organise itself, so I believe the ICC should take interventionist action and straighten them out...but that'll be the day...

they say every country gets the government it deserves, perhaps the same holds true for cricket and cricket administration. If prejudicial, near-racist views like yours, timmyj, are common in the United States then perhaps US cricket deserves the USACA.

I am a disgruntled has been member. The current administration is corrupt and so is Chris Dhering.
How can he stamp his name on such a fraudulent procedure and say th econstitution is good to go. Where is the official Auditor. He is AWOL. We are not going anywhere and we will never go anywhere.
The current pool of talented players are getting penalized by this, both Youth & Seniors.
Finances are at it's worst and will always be like that. The best way out of this is by starting a new ORGANIZATION.

Hey-- isn't it about time that Mr. Dehring, Cricinfo, ICC and everyone else, looked at the completely revised draft constitution that was submitted by CLP nearly A YEAR ago?? Sure, it may need some editing and re-working, but it is a
million times better than anything USACA/Dehring has produced to date. C'mon, guys, let's dump the USACA-submitted constitution. And go with what we KNOW to be better.

For your information, Josh Gibson, almost all the junior players are American-born; i.e. born in the USA to citizens or permanent residents, therefore "Americans" by birthright. As to "washed-up senior players", take a look at the names and performances of the senior USA team the last time they performed at the international level two years ago at the WCQ in Toronto. This USA team was a good ten years younger than the USA teams of previous years, and took every single individual and team honor except (unfortunately) the tournament title. You are talking about the "bad old days" when your statement might well have been true.

Young cricketer: You are right. there are several kids who are American born but the cruel reality is that unless you involve white or African-American kids in cricket, you will not get far. When you see kids and adults playing cricket from Asian and Caribbean decent, many local Americans are repulsed. Even the kids born here tend to speak their own native language, have learned some unacceptable behaviour from cricket community and hence are not so good example for curious young mainstream Americans. I hope you understand what I am saying.

Now my question to all of you is that after all the damage to US cricket; are we still wanting to be part of this organization called USACA??? Or we should start fresh with new and honest individuals who want to take US cricket forward without inheriting any old baggage and unscrupulous contracts from USACA.

There are more and more voices who wants to build another organization based upon simple principles of fair play, transparency and commitment to the ideals we envisage. I don't think we have any thing to lose, our strength is in our numbers. ICC and the whole world knows that most of the legal clubs and leagues (Not bogus once) in USA want change; and we should not fall for the same trap laid down in this new Constitution, where we will end up with the same gang, because apart from all the bogus clubs, leagues to boost the numbers there is undemocratic and poor language and loop holes in the articles giving powers to current directors to appoint their friends on regional boards to get reelected without any independent auditor or independent body to oversee the whole process.I see clear and present danger.

I am ashamed to be even mentioned that I am a member of the USACA. I just received notice that the deadline has been extended to Dec. 31st. What a shame? Where are you Mr.Dehring? Now this is the icing on the cake. I don't care what you guys do. I will not be a member anymore.

Yes, they had so many enevelopes to open. That is why it is taking them this long to count all the fraudulent teams in the leagues to count them up. Final verdict is, the constitution is ratified i.e. without even counting the votes.

Dainty and gang in. In with the bad out with the good. Go USACA you have done US proud.

Seven days have passed since the famous illegal extension of the ratification. Still no announcement of the pre-determined result. We all know now who is running the show. Dainty it is and not Dehring. That is why the delay. It is not going in his favour that is why there is no result announced. Then again are we surprised? No Sir No, we are not. The next step is, elections - rigged again. What are we voting for and who.
Come by February there will be a new organization.

Now, I get it. Mr. Dehring and Mr. Dainty are giving an official 21-day notice before they announce the rigged ratification results. By this they are complying with the notification deadline. Ensuring a smooth, non controversial transition. What a ploy. It is working my friends.
